Tobi is operated by Hivetivity, Inc. ("we"). It stores notes you capture, indexes them, and answers your questions from them using AI models. AI answers are generated from your own content and always show their sources; they may contain mistakes and are not professional advice.
Your notes belong to you. They are stored in private storage scoped to your account, are never shared with other users, and are not used to train AI models. You can export everything at any time from Settings, and you can request deletion of your account and its data at any time.
The trial is free for 14 days. Paid service is $19 per month, cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
No unlawful content, no abuse of the capture system, no attempts to access other users' data. We may suspend accounts that do these things.
The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is capped at the fees you paid in the last six months.
